1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by Reyasun Technologies ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Reyasun Technologies offers 14 specialist service divisions including Research Writing support, IT training, AI development, ERP solutions, digital marketing, website and mobile app development, corporate training, internships, workshops, logo design, and video marketing. Specific service scope, timeline, and deliverables are agreed upon before project commencement via a written proposal or work order.

3. Payment Terms

• A minimum advance payment (typically 50%) is required before project commencement
• Balance payment is due on delivery or as specified in the project proposal
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay (cards, net banking), and cash (in-person)
• Currency: Indian Rupee (INR) by default; USD, GBP, SAR accepted for international clients
• Invoices are issued electronically within 24 hours of payment receipt
• Outstanding payments beyond 7 days of due date may attract a 2% monthly late fee

4. Revisions & Delivery

• Each service package includes a specified number of revision rounds (as stated in the proposal)
• Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at ₹500–₹2,000 per round depending on scope
• Delivery timelines are agreed upon before project start and are contingent on receiving required inputs from the client on time
• Delays caused by client inaction (late feedback, missing materials) will result in corresponding timeline extensions

5. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, all deliverables (code, designs, documents, content) become the sole property of the client
• Reyasun Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) are subject to their respective licenses
• All work produced is original and plagiarism-free; we provide Turnitin reports for academic deliverables upon request

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project details, academic Writing, and business data as strictly confidential. We do not share, sell, or repurpose any client data. Signed NDAs are available upon request for additional legal assurance.

7. Refund Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless we fail to deliver as agreed
• If a project is cancelled before commencement, the full advance may be refunded minus any administrative costs
• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the disputed delivery
• Disputes are reviewed case-by-case with a focus on fair resolution

8. Limitation of Liability

Reyasun Technologies' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including lost profits or data loss. We do not guarantee specific academic outcomes (e.g., journal acceptance) but commit to our best professional effort.

9. Academic Integrity

All academic services (thesis writing, journal publication, project guidance) are provided as guidance and reference material. Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with their institution's academic integrity policies. We provide original, plagiarism-free work for guidance purposes.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India. We will always attempt to resolve disputes amicably before resorting to legal proceedings.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
